1. Digital Services
Since we provide custom digital services (website design, development, and SEO), all sales are final once work has commenced.

2. Project Cancellation

• If you cancel before we start work, you may be eligible for a full refund (excluding any payment gateway charges, if applicable).

• If you cancel after work has begun, no refund will be issued, as time and resources have already been allocated to your project.

  
  

3. Dissatisfaction with Work
We want you to love your website. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to make revisions and ensure you are satisfied. Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction after work is completed, but we will do our best to resolve any issues.

4. Payment Gateway Charges
Any transaction fees charged by banks or payment gateways are non-refundable.

5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute it and suspend all services.
